Founded in June 2014 as a subdivision of the Office of International Programs, International Community Services Office (ICO) facilitates the adaptation processes of Koç University’s international community members (administrative and academic staff and their families; degree-seeking international students, incoming exchange students, researchers and fellows and international guests) by providing a variety of services, such as immigration advising (visa and residence permit), pre/post arrival support on legal and social procedures, cultural and social integration programs, enhancing multicultural awareness, and likewise.
In serving an ever-growing population of international community at KU, ICO collaborates with faculty offices, deans and many administrative departments to create a consolidated network of useful information.
