As part of the Long Bosphorus Tour, we will explore and soak in the amazing atmosphere of the Bosphorus by the sea with our KU Guide, Aytaç. We will start the day with the famous Sarıyer böreği (pastry) and Turkish tea at noon. After enjoying the beautiful views of the Bosphorus by ferry, we will return to Sarıyer and conclude the day with a delicious dinner at a fish restaurant.

The “Bosphorus Bliss Expedition” is a captivating journey that begins at the Sarıyer Pier, nestled in the heart of Sarıyer Centre. Here, the meeting point exudes an air of anticipation, surrounded by the serene beauty of the sea. As participants gather, the stage is set for a day filled with exploration and culinary delights.
The adventure kicks off with a brunch featuring the famed Sarıyer Böreği, a flaky pastry that delights the taste buds, paired with the comforting warmth of traditional Turkish tea. This iconic combination serves as a prelude to the main event—a Bosphorus Tour by ferry. As the ferry glides along the historic waterway, participants are treated to a visual feast of European and Asian landscapes, adorned with centuries-old palaces and modern architectural marvels. Knowledgeable guides share intriguing facts, unlocking the mysteries of this ancient and culturally rich passage.
The expedition concludes with a delightful dinner at a seafood restaurant back in Sarıyer. Against the backdrop of the setting sun, participants savor the freshest catches of the day, expertly prepared with a fusion of traditional Turkish flavors and modern culinary finesse. The seaside ambiance adds a touch of magic to the dining experience, creating lasting memories of a day well spent on the enchanting Bosphorus.
Event Plan
1:30 PM: Meet at the Sarıyer Pier (located in Sarıyer Centre)
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Brunch with Sarıyer Böreği (Pastry) & Tea
3:20 PM – 7:20 PM: Bosphorus Tour by ferry
8:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Dinner at a seafood restaurant

Do I have to pay for anything?
Participants are responsible for covering their expenses, which include transportation, food, and beverages.
We recommend carrying some cash with you, at least 60₺. Also, don’t forget to bring your Istanbulkart (public transport card).
