Students Requesting Documents

To request documents, you can proceed through your KUSIS account. If you have further inquiries, you may email registrar@ku.edu.tr, call 0212 338 1602 (x1602), or visit their office in the ELC building on the Main Campus.

Requesting Enrollment Verification Letters (Students)

If you are submitting the letter to Turkish authorities, remember to order it in the Turkish language from the language preferences tab. Order in advance as there will be a 1-2 day wait time. You can order multiple copies free of charge. Upon receiving the letter, check your personal information, such as birth date and family name, for accuracy. All procedures related to employment, salary, benefits, fringe benefits, health insurance, and other HR matters fall under the responsibility of the HR department. It is crucial for international employees to contact the appropriate person in HR to receive proper assistance for themselves and their families. The respective HR staff will identify themselves as your contact person during the job application process and beyond. Additionally, please note that HR refers foreign employees to the International Community Services Office (ICO) for work and residence permit procedures upon hiring. For all matters concerning work permits and residence permits, please contact ico@ku.edu.tr.

HR Portal (Self-Service Online System)

In 2017, Human Resources services became accessible online through the HR Portal web-based self-service system. Personal records, payroll information, pay stub copies for each month, and more can be retrieved using the HR Portal. To access the HR Portal, you need a mobile phone to receive a security code every time you log in. For more information about the HR Portal, contact your HR partner and visit www.hr.ku.edu.tr. The Finance Office is responsible for student accounts, loans, and payment plans.

KURES

Counseling and Psychological Guidance services are available for all students by appointment. To make an appointment, please email kures@ku.edu.tr. If you are employed at KU, you have access to coaching services provided by professional mentors. If you would like to receive coaching support, please contact your HR partner at the Human Resources Office.

KUPTEM
KUPTEM is a comprehensive mental health center that provides various clinical services, including individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, psychiatric consultation, and treatment in partnership with Koç University Hospital and Amerikan Hospital. Its services are free of charge. Students from the School of Medicine, Nursing, and Graduate School of Health Sciences can also access similar services at Koç University Hospital.
