This Sunday, join our KU Guide Aytaç on the Beyoğlu Culture Route. We will visit and explore various exhibitions and museums in the Beyoğlu and Karaköy regions, listen to the Alara Tütüncü Duo in a historical atmosphere in Karaköy, and watch the opera ‘Fiddler on the Roof’ at Atatürk Cultural Center after dinner at Galataport.

We have an exciting day planned for you on the Beyoğlu Culture Route this Sunday. Our journey will include visits to a range of exhibitions and museums in the Beyoğlu and Karaköy regions, offering a deep dive into art and culture. In Karaköy, we’ll enjoy the enchanting melodies of the Alara Tütüncü Duo in a historic setting that adds to the experience.
As the day unfolds, our cultural adventure continues with a captivating performance of the opera ‘Fiddler on the Roof’ at the renowned Atatürk Cultural Center. But that’s not all – after a delightful dinner at Galataport, we’ll gather for an evening of entertainment and artistic immersion.

9 AM: Meeting at the West Campus Entrance

9:45 AM- Meeting at Hacıosman Bus Stop
10.30 AM-2 PM: Beyoğlu&Galata Tour (Tour of Beyoğlu-İstiklal Street, Visiting Galata Tower & Pera Museum & Lunch at Divan Restaurant & Coffee Break at Narmanlı Han)
2 PM – 2.30 PM: Passage to Karaköy
2.30 – 3.15 PM: İstanbul Modern Museum
4:00 PM: Alara Tütüncü Duo Concert (MSGÜ Tophane-i Amire Kültür ve Sanat)
5/5.30 PM-6.30 PM: Dinner at Galataport
6.30- 7.15 PM: Passage to Taksim for Opera
8.00- 10 PM: Fiddler on the Roof Opera at AKM

Do I have to pay for anything?
Participants are responsible for covering their expenses, which include transportation, food, beverages, concert tickets, and museum admission.
Pera Museum Entrance Fee: 40₺
İstanbul Modern Museum Entrance Fee: 120₺
Alara Tütüncü Duo Concert: Free
Fiddler on the Roof Opera Ticket Price: It depends on the seats you choose.
ATTENTION: Opera tickets are limited and should be purchased as soon as possible.
Lunch & Dinner: Costs vary.
We recommend carrying some cash and a public transport card (İstanbulkart) with you.
