We will visit and explore various artifacts in the İstanbul Archaeology Museum, witness the lives of civilizations that have resided in Anatolia, and explore İstanbul’s first museum. Following that, we will also visit the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia.

Event Plan
9:45 AM: Meeting at the bus station in Main Campus (We will take the 10 AM bus).
Alternatively, we can meet in front of the İstanbul Archaeology Museum at 12 PM as well.
12 PM – 2:30 PM: İstanbul Archaeology Museum
2:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Lunch and free time (Traditional Turkish Meatballs)
3:30 PM – 4:15 PM: Hagia Sophia Mosque
4:15 PM – 5 PM: Blue Mosque

Where and when to meet the KU Guides and the group?
Do I have to pay for anything?
Participants are responsible for their expenses, which include transportation, food, and the museum fee.
If you purchase a museum card (available for 30 TL for students), you won’t need to pay the museum fee. Don’t forget to bring your KU ID card with you to purchase the Museum Card.
We recommend carrying cash and an İstanbulkart (public transport card) with you.
