This month we will be holding Help Desk days to assist you with compiling your residence permit folder on 11-12-13 October. Make sure to follow the steps below.

STEP 1 – Collecting the Documents

You will need to first collect the necessary documents this week. You may find the information under the “List of Required Documents” on our SRP Application Page.

STEP 2 – Completing the Online Application  

You should only complete your Online Application between 8-10 October by following the step-by-step Student Residence Permit Guide. Please have this guide open in a separate tab on your browser while making your online application and fill out the pages as shown in the guide.

In case of an inquiry, you may contact your Buddy or us (ICO) at our Help Desk for further assistance.

STEP 3 – Visiting the Help Desk with All Documents

11 October 2022 – 10 AM to 4 PM
12 October 2022 – 1 PM to 4 PM
13 October 2022 – 10 AM to 4 PM
Place: Student Center, -3 Floor, Room B336

Make sure to get your photocopies and printed documents ready before you arrive at the Help Desk. All photocopies must be taken separately to A4 size papers.

Important Notes

• Make sure you have all the required documents before starting your online application.
• You should stay in Türkiye until your application is evaluated. If you depart before its evaluation, your application will be rejected automatically.  For detailed information, visit our Travelling Without SRP page.
